At Exos, we believe that optimizing performance requires a deeper understanding of Energy Systems Development (ESD) beyond conventional cardiovascular training. This session introduces the Exos approach to ESD, offering insights into how we target specific energy systems to match the metabolic demands of different sports and activities.

Participants will learn how to upgrade metabolic infrastructure by using ESD programming variables such as complexity, stimulus, and load. Whether working with general fitness clients or elite athletes, this framework allows for precise, tailored programming to enhance endurance, speed, and power. We will break down the speed-power profile and demonstrate how Exos’ methodology can help coaches and trainers create balanced,  and specific ESD workouts.

By the end of the session, you’ll gain practical knowledge to implement ESD principles in your training, expanding beyond traditional cardio to achieve optimal metabolic performance for any client.
