Creating an initial program for a client is a start, but also something that needs to be able to be modified and/or evolved into something else to get the most out your client and give them the best results possible.
In this session you will learn how to monitor, evaluate, and modify the program as needed to deliver the best results and experience possible for your client.
Attendees will learn:
- How and what they should be assessing as a benchmark and for gauging program effectiveness.
- That involving the client in the program development gives them a sense of self-efficacy and they will be more likely to follow through with the program.
- The importance of ongoing communication with their clients.
- That programs may need to be adapted for clients based on their emotional needs as well as their physical ones.
