Kinsey Mahaffey

Kinsey Mahaffey is a Master Trainer and Master Instructor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As an experienced trainer, she is passionate about using her knowledge in fitness, health promotion, and behavioral science to help her clients reach their health and fitness goals. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health from the University of Houston, and a master’s degree in health promotion and behavioral sciences from UT-Houston.
