Mac began his sports performance coaching career with a unique opportunity, joining the NBA’s Orlando Magic and WNBA’s Orlando Miracle. Working alongside All-Star caliber players and future NBA Champion Head Coach, Mac gained invaluable hands-on experience at the elite level. By the age of 24, he had become one of the youngest Division 1 Head Basketball Strength and Conditioning coaches.
Over the past two decades, Mac has coached athletes across a variety of sports at prestigious institutions such as the University of Dayton, Clemson University, the University of Miami (FL), and DePaul University, where he was named Director of Sports Performance.
Currently, Mac serves as a Human Performance and Education Specialist at Keiser Corporation. In addition to his professional role, he volunteers his time training and mentoring youth athletes in the community.
