With a vibrant journey that began as a young professional dancer and choreographer, Sooz has dedicated over a decade to the world of movement and education. Starting at just 15 years old, she ignited her passion by teaching hip-hop dance choreography classes, laying the foundation for a career rooted in movement and inspiration.
After undergoing a personal transformation through personal training, Sooz became NASM certified and earned a Bachelor's degree in Education in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. This educational background propelled her into a successful career, leading personal training sessions and dynamic group fitness classes. Her commitment to excellence led her back to Axiom Fitness Academy, where she shared her expertise as an educator.
The pandemic spurred an entrepreneurial spirit, and after nine months of building a garage gym, Sooz proudly founded Element Five Fitness Studio in South Florida. Over the past three years, she has cultivated a boutique fitness environment that champions community and collaboration. Leading a talented team of 12 fitness professionals, Element Five offers a diverse range of services, including on-demand and online programming, as well as Private Training and boutique-sized group classes.
Recently, Sooz joined the Pain Free Training Team, enhancing her commitment to empowering fitness professionals in guiding their clients toward optimal movement and well-being. Today, she dedicates herself to helping clients achieve their fitness goals while fostering a supportive community and mentoring her team to success. With her energetic approach and unwavering passion for people, Sooz inspires everyone around her, solidifying her reputation as a sought-after voice in the industry.
